Shift Patterns:

7am-2.30pm, 2.30pm – 10pm Mon – Sun Sleep in shift 22.00 - 07.00am Part-time and Sessional Work:

Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us. Stourbank is a supported living service with 5 bedrooms. It’s a welcoming service for younger adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Brain Injuries. We support men and women at the service who are aged between 22 and 26. The people we support at Stourbank are predominantly independent and do most tasks independently, including personal care. They enjoy cooking for each other and spending time together. We regularly have “around the world” meals and do many activities together. It really is a lovely service with a homely atmosphere.
