Shift patterns for WPA are 07.00-14.30 and 14.30-22.00, or 07.00-22.00. Position:
Female Care Support Worker Hours:
30 Hours Opportunity to gain health and social care qualifications funded by Lifeways. Free DBS check. Discounts and cashback at high street shops including major supermarkets, cinemas, gyms, leisure/theme parks, holidays and much more via Lifeways Rewards. Cycle to work scheme. Opportunity to purchase a health cash plan to claim towards dental, glasses, therapy etc. Free access to the employee assistance program which provides advice and support. Blue Light Card. Here at Lifeways in Wolverhampton, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally, you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us. Those we support enjoy a range of activities; from walking, attending local football clubs, enjoying meals out, arts and crafts, shopping, day trips in local and extended areas such as Birmingham and going to Blackpool. People we support also enjoy music, karaoke, baking, cooking, and dancing. This post is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9, Part 1) which provides for the application of a genuine occupational requirement.
