We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Manager to lead our clients New Acquired Brain Injury Service in Chorley. This role demands a proactive individual who can provide
operational leadership
and ensure the
excellent delivery
of services while enhancing the
quality of life
for their clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence. Implement strategies to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of care. Ensure that all service delivery meets regulatory requirements and best practice standards. Develop and implement individual care plans that cater to the complex needs of clients with acquired brain injuries. Qualifications and Experience Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably within acquired brain injury services or supported living environments. A solid understanding of the complex needs associated with acquired brain injuries and strategies for effective management. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
