About the Role This exciting opportunity involves leading a dedicated team to deliver personalised, high-quality care tailored to individual needs. As a manager, you'll ensure excellent standards of care, staff development, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care. Oversee personalised support plans to promote independence and community inclusion. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards. Provide direct support as part of the rota, modelling best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise service delivery. About You You are: A great communicator with a compassionate, person-centred approach. An experienced leader with at least two years of supervisory experience in learning disabilities or autism support. Physically and mentally resilient, ready to manage challenges with confidence.
