We’ve an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious supporter care team. The team plays an important role supporting our donors, fundraisers and colleagues. You’ll be part of a welcoming team, speaking to our supporters daily alongside detailed work recording conversations and donations on our database. You’ll also help drive forward improvement of our supporter experience, so the role suits someone with a proactive approach. About you

We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an excellent supporter experience. You’ll enjoy building relationships and find it easy to make conversations with others. Ideally with a keen eye for detail, you’ll be part of a close team committed to creating the best outcomes for our supporters and colleagues. If you’re a self-starter, keen to grow your experience within a customer service role and develop your knowledge of the charity sector, we’d love to hear from you. Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home. When applying
