Are you a skilled Surgical First Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client, a leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics, is seeking a Surgical First Assistant to join their team in the Theatre department. This role is based at a prestigious hospital in Great Missenden, known for performing complex surgeries.

As a Surgical First Assistant, you will:

Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase. Support and assist in managing and organising care within the Operating Department. Assist in delivering patient care and contribute to quality improvement. Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of yourself and others. Apply and promote best evidence-based practice within your scope. Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures. Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act. Assemble, check, and prepare surgical equipment for various procedures. Package and Benefits:
