Surgical First Assistant

on a permanent, full-time basis to work within the Theatre department. You will work efficiently and effectively to assist and support surgeons and the wider Theatre team in performing orthopaedic surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment whilst also providing compassionate care for all of our patients. Alongside this role, we are able to offer fully-funded training to further your career into a Surgical Care Practitioner position. This is a full-time, permanent role based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough. About you: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), with relevant experience in surgical care. Full UK, current qualification as a Surgical First Assistant. UK based experience in a similar orthopaedic setting. Evidence of continuing professional development. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Salary: up to £49,275.00 per annum Right to work in the UK
