Surgical Solutions Manager

to support accounts primarily in Yorkshire. To protect work-life balance and to move through the territory more easily, it's important you live in or around this territory. Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who can develop and build meaningful and positive relationships with our Trauma customers. You will be required to sell at times and offer expertise across our portfolio of products. Healthcare professionals will rely on you to provide advice, guidance, and product knowledge. Success Metrics:

Success in the role will be determined by revenue and improved service provision and efficiency in business interactions with customers. Much of this will happen in hospital theatre environments, assisting with the ongoing support of our existing Smith+Nephew customers and helping implement business in new accounts. Ultimately, it's about the safe and efficient clinical use of our products, managing stock and equipment, and improving the customer experience. Minimum Requirements:

Medical sales experience, ideally in Orthopaedics Theatre sales experience is preferred Experience delivering training and guidance to customers and healthcare professionals Consistent record of success in delivering for customers and patients 70% domestic travel across the territory You.
