The Opportunity
The business is seeking a strong Contract Manager who has perseverance, an entrepreneurial appetite, is self-motivated, and can liaise and manage several key clients. The role involves monitoring and providing accurate Key Performance Indicators every month and delivering services in Surrey and surrounding areas.
The Person
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of seeking out and winning new business, managing teams, driving productivity, and ensuring that the workforce provides a quality service. The candidate will have a strategic outlook on the contract to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies. The candidate will need to be able to work with both commercial and non-commercial clients.
This is a hands-on role involving monitoring the progress of teams on site and taking quick and effective action to maintain both high productivity and client satisfaction. You will be fully responsible for contract accounts and the production of weekly and monthly reports. A good understanding of Google systems would be preferred.
