Specific Tasks / Duties: Interpretation of wayleave drawings, maps and documents. Liaising with 3rd party private landowners, land managers and building management companies to ensure proposed locations of required new infrastructure is formally agreed and signed. Liaise with the Management & back-office support team to ensure wayleaving requirements are fulfilled as required. Identify and record existing network detail to include poles, chambers, cabinets, ducts, sub-ducts, aerial spans, etc. Data capture & record information with the use of handheld technology tools. Survey new routes and quantify requirements – poles, chambers, ducting, wayleaves, etc. Walkout and survey to include cables, chamber types, underground duct and telecoms poles. Skills Required

Required skills and experience: Valid Driving Licence 2 years of surveying / wayleaving experience. Good people orientation and communication skills. Ability to deal with 3rd parties and members of the public in a professional manner. Logical approach to solving problems. Ability to use handheld technology (iPads) Customer focused & facing. Willingness to travel and stay overnight. Work on your own or as part of a team. Accustomed to working outside. Ability to plan your day to gain maximum efficiency. Advantageous:

Experience working on telecoms networks is highly desired.
