Our client is looking to recruit a Surveyor on a 10 month fixed term contract.

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent housing maintenance service, focusing on inspections, managing complaints, and ensuring the highest standards in building maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct responsive pre and post inspections related to building maintenance.
  • Manage damp and mould issues effectively, ensuring compliance with environmental health standards.
  • Utilise the new TMC system for reporting and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Produce technical reports, appraisals, and estimates as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify any risks associated with repairs.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum qualification: HND or HNC.
  • Previous experience in social housing.
  • Essential experience with damp and mould complaint management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
