The successful candidate will undertake an interesting, varied and challenging workload including property portfolio management, acquisition and disposals of land and buildings, valuations for a variety of purposes, the provision of property advice to a range of internal and external customers and assisting with taking forward a range of development and regeneration opportunities in the borough. You will be RICS qualified and will need to be a team player, willing to operate both under instruction and using your own initiative.
