In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing tenders and price summaries from Schedules of Rates Producing specifications and creating CAD scheme drawings based on Occupational Therapists' recommendations Progression to Contract Manager Office-based role with site visits into London
The Ideal Candidate: Surveying background Experienced working with the Schedule of Rates, particularly NHF 6.2 Experience working on homes and maintenance works Full driving license Commutable to Enfield
