Position Overview The ESG Analyst will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance metrics. This position aims to support the organization in its sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and analysis on ESG factors impacting the organization and its stakeholders. Develop and maintain ESG performance metrics and reporting frameworks. Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports in alignment with GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CDP guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and operations. Monitor developments in ESG regulations and best practices, providing insights to ensure compliance. Support initiatives aimed at waste reduction, carbon emissions management, and sustainable sourcing. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote diversity, inclusion, and corporate governance initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field. 5+ years of experience in ESG analysis or sustainability consulting. Prior experience working in a Global Manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and social responsibility principles. Familiarity with ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP). Proficient in data analysis and environmental analysis tools.
