This includes: Producing EPC Energy modelling and low/zero carbon energy concepts (TAS/IES or other energy modelling software) Passive or low energy design solutions Undertaking design modelling and calculations Energy strategies and statements for planning and As Built purposes Liaising with clients, other members of the design team, suppliers, and contractors Providing guidance to junior engineers and CAD/Revit Technicians Performance and emission calculations Overheating (Part O/TM52/TM59) calculations and reporting TM54 Reports and reporting for BREEAM criteria Please note the role can be tailored to your areas of interest and expertise.
