Role Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Sustainability and Social Value Associate

to join JLL's Work Dynamics department. The Sustainability and Social Value Associate will be responsible for delivering services for some of our high profile clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the client's programme and ensuring that we deliver our sustainability and social value obligations. The purpose of the programme is to improve customers' experiences in every building for which the client is accountable for the delivery of workplace services. The contract is permanent.

We are aligned with the client you'll be supporting to drive sustainability and social value through everything that we do, across all service lines, operations and job positions.

What this job involves Report to a Social Value Manager on our Workplace Management team, with a dotted line to our Property and Asset Management Social Value Lead, to deliver the client's sustainability and social value strategy in a co-ordinated manner. Support the development of action plans and implement identified actions for sustainability and social value initiatives across the portfolio, embedding them within overall JLL account delivery. Assist in delivering the client's sustainability and social value communications plan and contribute to bulletins and other communications materials. Support the creation of sustainability and social value reporting and provide training for the key stakeholders involved in delivering these services. Populate and frequently update the social value tracker and track results. Conduct impact analysis of sustainability and social value initiatives and identify actions to deliver enhanced outcomes. Perform an end-of-year lessons learned appraisal and identify improvements for the future. Skills and Experience - Essential Minimum 3 years work experience as a sustainability/social value manager or experience in delivering similar responsibilities in a different role. Be passionate about sustainability and social value. Ability to engage with colleagues both within JLL and client-side at various levels of seniority and understanding of sustainability as a subject matter area. Familiarity with working within a complex, corporate environment. Familiarity with managing accounts for clients with complex needs. Consistently deliver performance targets and take quick, corrective action when required to exceed expectations where possible. Previous evidence of involvement in delivering social value and sustainability reports, and communication materials within a large client or organisational setting. Able to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner while under time pressure. Great communication skills - excellent presentation skills (verbal and written). Ability to think broadly, create a shared vision, and embrace change as an opportunity. Skills and Experience - Desirable An overall understanding and experience of delivering sustainability solutions or programmes within real estate. Experience managing sustainability and social value in a facilities management environment. Bachelor or Master's degree in a sustainability, environmental or social value related subject. Location:
