Sustainability Consultant – Edenbridge

This is an opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to become part of a specialist sustainability, energy, and net zero design consultancy offering strategic and technical advice within the built environment. You will play a key part in growing the sustainability team, focusing on both commercial and residential projects while working from the Edenbridge office and at home.
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
Detailed working knowledge of the current Building Regulations Part L
Experience in IES, Part O and sustainability assessments
Experience in a similar sustainability role (although applications from exceptional candidates with less experience will also be considered)
Responsibilities of the role:
Support all areas in the business with Energy and Sustainability consultancy
Assist with the modelling of non-domestic buildings via IES VE
Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
Carry out SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
Carry out risk of overheating assessments (including TM52, Part O)
Carry out TM54 assessments
