Location: East Sussex - hybrid

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join a team of mechanical and electrical building service engineers, working on a variety of projects from design through to completion. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibilities - conducting assessments for BREEAM, WELL, Ska, and LEED to enhance energy efficiency and building performance.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with team members to achieve environmental certifications. Developing certification targets for reviewed projects and promoting sustainable outcomes. Carrying out BREEAM Assessments. Supporting planning applications and producing validation statements. Conducting Life Cycle Assessments.

Minimum Requirements

Hold a BREEAM Assessor qualification and/or BREEAM AP status. Have a relevant degree in a built environment or sustainability-related field. Have experience conducting LEED, Ska, and/or WELL Building Standard assessments. Be familiar with OneClick LCA software. Possess a strong understanding of UK environmental and sustainability regulations. Be based within a commutable distance of East Sussex.
