3583 Job Purpose: We are seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to join our Thame-based team to provide a focal point for the collation, reporting, and practical use of sustainability data across Lucy Electric. Working as part of a small team, this role will be instrumental in meeting customer expectations, delivery of declarations and driving improvement. This role supports our global journey towards net zero, providing an opportunity to engage internationally with a wide range of stakeholders to drive improvement across our sustainability pillars. The role will initially start as onsite but will move to a hybrid model once the probation period has passed and objectives have been met. Job Dimensions: This role will support the General Manager and Global Quality Improvement QMS and EMS Manager in delivering the Group's wider sustainability aspirations by collating, analysing and reporting data and closely working with other sustainability champions/coordinators. Key Accountabilities: Co-ordinate the collation of data across all sites within specified time frames. Direct support of Lucy Electric (UK) sustainability activities, including facilitating and reporting of improvement initiatives. Engagement and support of all sites to ensure progress is being made in line with targets and objectives. Ensuring sustainability roadmaps are maintained. Completing data analysis and reporting to produce monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders. Undertake the data analysis of GHG inventories to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement using carbon accounting software. Identify poor data quality issues within databases and work with business entities to improve the efficiency of data capture. Liaising with business entities to support Sustainability objectives. Providing subject matter expertise on reporting frameworks and data systems. Contribute to the development of sustainability assessment tools and dashboards to improve efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to sustainability initiatives. Internal environmental auditing. Support with the preparation of sustainability reporting in accordance with globally recognised matrix as directed. Manage extension of scope 3 categories. Advising of gaps and improvement opportunities in sustainability metrics reporting. Supporting the maintenance of our integrated management system with emphasis on Environmental Management (ISO14001:2015). Qualifications, Experience & Skills Essential: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Previous experience in data analysis and reporting. Advanced spreadsheet capabilities and ability to learn new technology platforms. Ability to analyse and present complex data sets with good knowledge of spreadsheets and other analytical software platforms. Have a passion for sustainability and the environment. Self-motivated with an ability to work independently as well as within a team. MS Office applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Show strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Desirable: Environmental based bachelor's degree. IEMA Foundation/Certificate in Environmental Management or similar qualification. Knowledge of carbon accounting software. Familiarity with corporate environmental and sustainability reporting protocols, such as GRI, CDP, Ecovadis etc. Does this sound interesting? We would love to hear from you.
