Your Mission Collect and verify sustainability data from suppliers in Vietnam Standardize data collection and reporting processes Work with suppliers to improve data accuracy and completeness Assist the Responsible Manufacturing team with data collection for audits Collaborate with local and Zurich sustainability teams to ensure data needs are met Support the integration of supplier data into On's reporting systems Support data workstreams for sustainability compliance purposes Contribute to a more transparent and sustainable supply chain Your Story Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in sustainability/audit data collection and reporting, preferably in the footwear/apparel industry Strong understanding of sustainability metrics, standards, and regulations. Passion for sustainability and social responsibility Experience working with suppliers in Vietnam or other Southeast Asian countries Strong data analysis and reporting skills Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BigQuery) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Fluency in English and Vietnamese Meet The Team We are an innovative, creative and science-driven team driving On forward on its sustainability journey.
