Are you a Sustainability Engineer that is lacking a clear progression plan? This M&E Consultant is looking for a Sustainability Engineer (BREEAM) that will sit under another member of staff and progress through to building and managing a team within the company's Sustainability division.

The company in question has a reputation for excellence; they are a leader in their sector and are a fantastic place to be. They are growing year on year, so this is an opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability Engineer (BREEAM) to flourish.

You will be leading and supporting BREEAM Assessments across a mix of projects. Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands, and staff retention is extremely high, so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships with colleagues and direct reports.

As a Sustainability Engineer (BREEAM), you will be:

Leading BREEAM assessments across a variety of projects within the healthcare and commercial sectors. Collaborating with colleagues to produce high-quality reports and assessments. Leading meetings, working to deadlines, budget planning, managing fee proposals, and managing the sustainability aspects of projects. Working on highly respected projects across sectors including Healthcare & Commercial. Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development. Offered opportunities to progress and grow. We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as an Intermediate Sustainability Engineer, Senior Sustainability Engineer, or a BREEAM Assessor wanting to take a step up. Furthermore, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: BREEAM AP qualification.

As a Sustainability Engineer, your salary will be within the £40-60K plus car region, and as part of your employment with the company, you will receive automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme as well as the pension scheme. Two days working from home is also on offer for candidates that would like to utilize this. The development of Engineers is forefront in the company's way of working; therefore, opportunities for growth within the business are present for those who want it.
