Role overview We are looking for a Sustainability Executive to join our team in London. Reporting to our Head of Sustainability, you will channel your passion for using business as a force for good to support the delivery of our ESG strategic priorities, thereby helping us shape our future in these critical areas. We are open to candidates interested in fulfilling this role on a part-time basis, working three days per week.
As Sustainability Executive at Next15, you will: Help ensure compliance with ESG disclosure requirements, such as Ecovadis, CDP, and ESOS. Assist with the ISO 14001 certification audit process and B Corp certification. Support the Head of Sustainability in progressing Next 15’s ESG Strategic Priorities including support with communication and engagement across the Group. Facilitate cross-brand working groups for emissions data gathering and reporting. Contribute to the annual carbon footprint report and ESG report. Engage with brands, office locations, and suppliers globally around ongoing data gathering across Scope 1, 2 & 3. Respond to client inquiries about ESG initiatives and commitments. Develop a library of sustainability resources and training, and support positive impact partnerships. Coordinate internal green initiatives and communications in collaboration with businesses globally. Assist with ESG regulatory reporting as required. Support in updating and improving relevant policies to further strengthen the N15 Framework. Support progress around N15’s commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) as part of ESG Strategic Priorities. Perform ESG due diligence during acquisition execution as required. You will bring: Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational and experiential background. Experience with ISO 14001 or at least a foundational understanding of Environmental Management Systems. Experience or basic knowledge of the Sustainability regulatory reporting landscape e.g. Climate-related Financial Disclosures (CFD) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). Excellent communication & presentation skills. Numeracy and Excel knowledge. Experience managing multiple stakeholders at all levels. Excellent administrative, organisational, and research skills. Experience managing projects from onset to delivery.
