Sustainability Manager

to join our parent company - Advanced Utility Networks. In this role, you will support and drive sustainability initiatives across TriConnex, eSmart Networks, Advanced Electricity Networks, and Advanced Water Infrastructure Networks. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our sustainability efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives while making a meaningful impact. What will you be doing? As the Sustainability Manager, you will play a key role in developing and delivering impactful sustainability strategies across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Sustainability Strategy Development:

Contribute to the design and execution of the Group's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Project Management:

Oversee assigned sustainability initiatives, including developing a Supplier Code of Conduct, creating a Responsible Sourcing Policy, and managing data to establish meaningful sustainability KPIs. Regulatory Compliance:

Monitor, analyse, and report progress against established sustainability benchmarks using designated reporting tools. Suppliers and Business Partner Evaluation:

Perform due diligence to comply with regulatory requirements and promote transparency across the supply chain, identifying and mitigating sustainability risks. Sustainability Reporting:

Prepare and manage internal and external sustainability reports, including data collection and analysis to support accurate and compliant disclosures. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various departments to integrate sustainability practices across business functions, ensuring company-wide alignment with environmental and social goals. Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies, to communicate sustainability goals, progress, and compliance status. Sustainability Initiatives:

Lead and support projects that promote environmental, social, and governance goals, such as reducing the carbon footprint, improving diversity and inclusion, and ensuring ethical governance practices. Training and Awareness:

Develop and deliver training programs on sustainability practices to enhance internal understanding and adherence to environmental objectives. Continuous Improvement:

Regularly review and update sustainability policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect regulatory changes and evolving industry standards. The Person To be successful in this role, you will have a proven background in sustainability or ESG management, along with a passion for driving meaningful change. We are looking for individuals who have: Proven Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in sustainability or ESG management, with a track record of successfully delivering impactful projects. Analytical and Research Skills:

Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sustainability regulations and translate them into actionable strategies. Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and report on sustainability initiatives. Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple sustainability initiatives, meet deadlines, and work effectively within cross-functional teams. Passion for Sustainability:

A genuine passion and commitment to environmental improvement and advancing sustainability in all forms. Educational Background:
