Full Time (24 hours) Our Site Director, Russ, and his team at Sutton Scotney Services on the A34 near Winchester are looking for an energetic and adaptable Shift Manager to join their McDonald’s team. You will be part of the iconic McDonald’s brand, cooking and serving the nation’s favourite menu items, from Big Macs & Wraps to McFlurries and Milkshakes. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems. What will set you apart? It is essential that you have worked in a similar supervisory or management role before, preferably in any retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Full training will be provided, equipping you with everything you need to excel as an excellent Shift Manager while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
