We are seeking a

Swedish-speaking Careline Advisor

to join our clients team, providing outstanding customer care and support. As the first point of contact for consumers, you will handle queries and product-related complaints across multiple channels. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers receive the high standard of care they expect, while following processes and maintaining service excellence. We are looking for flexible, positive individuals who share our clients values and are committed to delivering top-tier service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with customers while representing a well-established brand. Skills Required: Fluent in Swedish Excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English Strong communication and empathy skills Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the food industry Competent IT skills: familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is an advantage Flexibility to work shifts Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude Why Work for Us?
