About the Role: As a Warehouse Account Controller, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a warehouse client account. Your focus will include inventory management, order processing, warehouse coordination, and compliance with safety standards.
Hours:
08:00-17:00
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management:
Maintain records; conduct audits. Order Processing:
Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate logistics. Warehouse Coordination:
Oversee goods receipt, storage, and layout optimisation. Data Reporting:
Manage records and reports, ensuring HMRC compliance. Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols; train staff. Customer Service:
Resolve inquiries and build positive client relationships.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: Proven warehouse operations experience and proficiency in WMS, CRM, and MS Office. Strong organisation, problem-solving, and communication skills. GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent); forklift licence is a plus.
