Speciality:
To inspect and monitor buildings within the ownership or responsibility of the Council to ensure full compliance with Statutory Regulations relating to mechanical engineering services.
To be responsible for the management of the Council’s outsourced mechanical related planned and reactive maintenance contract(s) within budget and to specification to ensure compliance.
To provide specialist advice to the Planned Projects Team relating to mechanical building engineering services.
You will be required to provide evidence of all qualifications specified as essential.
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
