This role is a hybrid role for an individual whose core skills lay in the System Administration/Operations world. The role is focused on maintaining our IT stack as well as researching and proposing new solutions that could benefit Iglu. The Team: A highly specialised and cross-trained team of friendly individuals. We are looking after numerous elements of the IT Infrastructure including OS, Networking, Cloud, and Security areas. Key Responsibilities: Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures. Lead relevant IT projects, including the design and implementation of new company IT systems and services. Enjoy playing with scripts, APIs, and strive to automate repetitive tasks. Windows Server and Linux administration. Managing infrastructure monitoring tools (DataDog). Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software. Exposure working with SAML/Single Sign-On service. Experience with GSuite administration (including GAM tool). Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and VPN. Network infrastructure management using Meraki. Deploying and managing services in AWS (EC2). Veeam Backup & Replication.
