Your ability to analyze, design, and implement effective systems solutions will contribute to the company’s continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and optimize current ERP systems to enhance functionality and performance. Write and execute complex
SQL queries
for data analysis and reporting. Provide end-to-end support during ERP upgrades, implementations, and integrations. Deliver training and support to end-users on ERP systems and processes. Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals. What We’re Looking For Proven experience
as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in
SQL
for querying, data manipulation, and reporting. Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to learning new tools and adapting to dynamic environments.
