What You’ll Do: Act as the first point of contact for escalations beyond the remit of Support Services for Sun Systems and Q&A. Manage and resolve escalations within approved timelines. Support the Director of Finance Systems during Month-End and Year-End closures. Maintain and enhance support relationships with key stakeholders across Hotels and Corporate entities. Audit and manage financial system user access for Sun Systems and EPM, ensuring security protocols are upheld in collaboration with Ennismore Technology Teams. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product configuration standards. Provide ad hoc user training for Hotel and Corporate entities. Monitor and address failed automations on an ad hoc basis. Provide ongoing support for Ennismore Invoice Workflow (AP) and the Purchase Ordering system. Assist the Director of Finance Systems with projects requiring ION and Sun Systems adjustments. Assist with projects requiring integrations and implementations for Sun Systems. Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of financial systems administration experience. At least 3 years of experience in Technology/Finance or related fields. Proficiency in INFOR ION, Sun Systems ERP, and Q&A report writing. Advanced systems skills, including Excel (macros and beyond). Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain partnerships across a matrixed organization. Exposure to global project support and remote management techniques is advantageous. Desirable but Not Essential: Knowledge of setting up API in ION. Prior experience in the hospitality industry. Experience with SAP Concur, Freshdesk, or similar tools. Familiarity with PA-B4B/MTD systems. Knowledge of scripting/programming (e.g., SQL, C#). Personal Characteristics
