Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and ongoing management of financial and ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business needs. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities. Develop, test, and deploy system upgrades and new functionalities. Provide training and support to staff on system use and best practices. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards through system configuration. Analyse financial data to generate actionable insights and support strategic planning. Act as the key liaison between finance, IT, and external software providers. Qualifications/Experience:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and process automation. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
