The Role: To provide technical administrative support to all functions of the business and be a key operator (“super user”) of the internal systems, covering Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sample registration, and reporting on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Main Duties: Monitor and review the performance of the internal LIMS and CRM software and action/notify the relevant support team(s) as required, to implement fixes/upgrades. Manage and filter the IT tickets requested by the laboratory. Add new tests to the systems. Attend and represent the business at monthly meetings with the Eurofins Group developments teams. Undertake regular reviews/tests of our applications and check that system updates are functioning adequately to be transferred to the live system. Including setting up tests and templates. Present draft system updates/new releases to both internal and external stakeholders and communicate the feedback. Daily sending of reports and all administration relating to reports including but not limited to requesting PO numbers, managing payment requests, closing the file, filing and archiving. Add technical reports to customer portals and log non-complaint test results. Create and manage distribution lists within the systems. General office administration for all functions including but not limited to ordering standards for testing, contract reports, standard operating procedures, creating electronic forms, filingand any other administration as required. Support the Booking-In function for receiving, receipting samples for testing in the laboratory when required. Support in the coordination and recording of all, outgoing post including returns, using couriers. Supporting the stores’ function when required, mainly to cover absence. Qualifications

What We Are Looking For: Ideally, degree educated but must have GCSE's or equivalent and excellent grades inEnglish, Maths and Science -Chemistry would be very useful. Must be IT literate with competence in Microsoft Office software in particular Excel and Word; knowledge of Power BI would be desirable. Experience with LIMS and ideally experienced with system installation, configuration, SQL and analysis is desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrate good time management, whilst maintaining a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. Well organised and excellent attention to detail as quality is core in everything we do. A flexible approach to working additional hours when required. Additional Information
