You'll be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital strategies to streamline our operations, elevate customer experiences, and drive significant business improvements. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organisation's overall goals. Leverage data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI to uncover valuable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of new digital technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement, challenge the status quo, and implement innovative solutions. Enhance customer experiences through the use of digital channels and technologies. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive. The Person To be considered for this position applicants must fully demonstrate the following: Digital Expertis e: A strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and data analytics. Proven Experience:

A Degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field or a Track record of success in digital transformation or project management within the transport and logistics industry. Analytical Skills : A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data to extract meaningful insights. Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
