Wax for Life includes re-waxing and repairs (first introduced in 1921) and Barbour Re-Loved an upcycling circularity initiative. Each year over 70,000 wax garments are sent back to Barbour globally to be repaired, rewaxed or altered.

Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join the IT Systems team. This will be a service- orientated role with the primary focus on Barbour Supply Chain system. We're looking for a dynamic person who enjoys delivering service, has experience of business systems including ERP and MES. The successful candidate will have demonstrable technical IT capability and significant experience working for a brand, preferably apparel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements and lead discovery workshops with Users to produce specification documents and user stories to support changed or new customer and business needs. Work with SaaS solutions, software providers, systems integrators, software development companies and Barbour's development team members to design solutions, proposals and design specifications to meet the functional requirements. Take delivery of changes, releases and solutions, ensure function compliance to requirements, smoke test, lead end-to-end testing and UAT. Assess change impacts, follow release and change management processes and manage stakeholder communication to successful go-live. Evaluate, test, schedule and / or upgrade solutions with major upgrades, releases, patches and bug fixes. Work with the integration team to change and deliver integrations to the ERP. Provide 3rd-level support and assistance to our 1st and 2nd-level operational support team. Support the business with data queries, extracts and analysis. Maintain strong system and knowledgebase documentation. Additional project and support duties as required. Skills and Experience:

Computer Science degree or equivalent training and experience. Experience in supporting and enhancing ERP and/or manufacturing or supply chain systems. Experience in operational business, preferably in apparel / fashion Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage, troubleshoot, analyse and resolve critical data issues in a structured manner. Skills is SQL is highly useful and preferred Skills in Postman and APIs preferred Provide out-of-hours support to critical incidents and scheduled maintenance activities Skilled at influencing, guiding, and facilitating stakeholders and peers. Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Ability to work creatively & analytically to solve business problems and propose solutions. Displays intellectual curiosity and integrity. Motivated and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and work with cross-functional teams. Willing to travel to UK and overseas business locations for support and project work. Benefits:
