As System and Data Administrator for the Risk, Internal Control and Internal Audit team, you will have the opportunity to work with all members of the team and many employees around the wider business, helping the Group to better manage risk and control.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Accountability for administering our risk, control and internal audit software for the group, including user management, reporting and process design. Coordination of the groupwide control self-assessment and action tracking processes across risk, control and assurance work. System development and coordination to design and deliver software enhancements as appropriate. Providing training on use of risk, control and audit software to users around the Group and being the key contact with the third-party software provider. Production of data reports from the risk, control and internal audit software and other sources to be used for reporting to senior management around the group. Use of Excel and Power BI reporting. Team coordination on areas such as project planning, budget monitoring and travel. Design and update of the team's intranet page. Collaboration with the rest of the team to identify improvement opportunities to help the team develop and mature as the business continues to progress. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, and the role holder is expected to undertake any duties reasonably required to fulfil their role and support the business objectives.

Experience/Qualifications:

Essential: Experience of supporting systems. Experience of design and administration of risk, control or assurance systems an advantage and the role will be accountable for supporting and developing such a system. Excel skills to a good level to include pivot tables, lookups to produce reporting. Proactive, can-do attitude. Excellent oral and written communication skills (both verbal and written). Fluent in English.

Desirable: Outstanding relationship management capability, including working confidently with management at all levels to build trust and credibility and ability to influence to drive change. Enthusiastic, confident and a team player. Detail-oriented with the ability to see and understand the strategic direction and bigger picture and generate ideas. Organised and able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Commercially aware and able to work with the business to identify pragmatic solutions. Positive and open personality, with drive and self-motivation and a continuous improvement focus. Good problem solving, analytical and project management experience and proven track record of managing complex projects / initiatives including planning, organising, managing projects and delivering within agreed timelines. Curious, with a desire to learn. Experience in project management, risk management, IT and/or data analytics an advantage.
