The College is seeking a proactive Systems Developer to maintain and enhance the integration of MIS data across key College systems, ensuring it remains the single master source of information. You will design, develop, and maintain reporting systems, including Power BI dashboards, to support College operations and improve decision-making processes. Working closely with the Director of MIS & Reporting, you will collaborate with departments such as IT, HR, and Finance to develop a Corporate Dashboard and ensure the effective flow of data to internal and external systems.
Key responsibilities include maintaining data imports and exports, developing bespoke reports, supporting quality assurance processes, and managing system integrations. You will also lead on the design and development of the College’s KPI dashboards and reporting systems, responding to regular and ad hoc requests to meet operational needs. The role involves troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity to support College functions effectively.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in systems development, strong communication skills, and expertise in Power BI and SQL.
