This is a great opportunity to join a team at the forefront of fuel cell development and play your part in powering the hydrogen future. We are interested in hearing from individuals at any stage in their Systems Engineering career. As Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for: Identifying stakeholder needs and defining product requirements and assumptions. Using system engineering tools to lead validation and verification activities and configuration. Facilitating technical understanding through system analysis, functional decomposition and allocation, architecting, fault finding, and problem-solving. About You: You hold a BEng, BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, or possess a relevant non-degree level qualification alongside suitable industrial experience. You have some relevant industrial experience post completion of your degree. You’ve got proven experience of using system engineering tools to define and deliver electromechanical systems, selecting appropriate validation and verification activities, interfacing with manufacturing processes. You enjoy working within multi-disciplinary teams and are an effective communicator with excellent attention to detail. You’ve got a commercial mindset and thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment. What We Offer: This role is based on site in our Loughborough facility.
