We are seeking a Systems Engineer with extensive years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the defence industry and expertise in systems engineering, verification, project management, and documentation. We are looking for an engineer who promotes a mindset of attention to detail, communication, and teamwork within their team. Responsibilities

Full requirements management (creation, update, validation, verification), including suppliers’ integration and DOORS experience. Documentation: Produce detailed technical documentation, including requirements, design reports, test plans, and validation reports for subsystems. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and manage risks related to seeker technologies, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies. Manage planning and work package management. Project risk management through ARM (risk management tool). Reviewing documentation - subsystems, customer, work packages. Systems V&V artefact generation. Personal Attributes:

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex technical problems and generate effective solutions. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Essential Skills

Systems Engineering. Verification. Validation. Testing. Ability to provide inputs to project management. MS Office Suite. Understanding of complete V Lifecycle. Desired Skills

P6 Awareness. Matrix ALM / PLM. ARM (Active Risk Manager). Experience

Extensive experience in Systems Engineering roles. Proven experience in systems engineering, preferably within the defence or aerospace industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Experience with project management practices and tools, including schedule management, risk analysis, and resource allocation. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD, DO-178C, and DO-254, is desirable. Eligibility for security clearance (dependent on project requirements). Benefits
