Copello are recruiting for System Engineers to join a well-established Defence Services company based in Hampshire.

Working alongside a team of experienced System Engineers, you will be responsible for ensuring the current and future design of their equipment is fit for purpose to meet the requirements of their contract.
As a System Engineer, you will comply with Solutions Engineering Lifecycle and produce engineering artefacts in a timely manner to ensure an effective hand over to the Engineering team. You will also provide support to the bid change process which will include an impact assessment to ensure the integrity of the service portfolio.
This role would be well suited to an IT or Systems Engineering graduate looking to develop their career within an established business.
Additional Information:
The business proactively promotes hybrid working and is flexible with their approach. The salary available is £35k to £40k plus benefits. The modern offices are within an easy commute from Portsmouth, Southampton, and Fareham. Suitable candidates will have an Engineering Degree or similar and previous System Engineering experience.
