As our Systems Improvement Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence, enhancing inclusivity, and ensuring a seamless experience for our team and the 3,500+ individuals who rely on us every year. What You’ll Do Enhance Efficiency: Collaborate with Arthur Ellis team to analyse and improve systems and processes, making us more effective and scalable. Innovate: Expand our use of Microsoft tools like PowerApps and SharePoint to create accessible and impactful solutions. Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement processes that streamline operations and improve client experiences. Lead Training Initiatives: Empower staff of all technical abilities with training on new systems. Measure Impact: Track performance metrics and share insights with stakeholders to inform our decisions. What We’re Looking For We understand that experience comes in many forms. If you’re passionate about making a difference and possess a mix of the following, we’d love to hear from you: Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., PowerApps, SharePoint). Bonus points for experience with AWS or Linux. Creative, proactive, and solution-focused with a desire to overcome challenges. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect across teams and perspectives. Pride in delivering high-quality work with an eye for detail.
