Work with C level team to promote CRM excellence to sales and marketing teams This amazing role could be a game changer for your career. It will give you the opportunity to work directly with the C level team at a multi-award winning MSP to transform the way their sales and marketing CRM is utilized across their business. You’ll have full ownership of the CRM, how it's delivered, how it's trained, and the efficiency of how it works is essential for the smooth running of their business. It's an exciting time in their business with lots of growth, lots of opportunities to develop, and lots going on! So someone who can adapt and work at a quick pace is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES Consolidate existing CRM products into HubSpot / ServicePath – some of the legacy platforms aren’t even being used or are out of date! Develop and communicate a clear product vision for Sales & Marketing systems, considering market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product goals and work with the Product Owners to agree on a long-term strategy. Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility. Translate high-level business requirements into actionable product features and user stories. Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders, including end-users, business analysts, and technical teams. Ensure alignment between business processes and Sales & Marketing system capabilities. Work closely with the operational and development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Define acceptance criteria and collaborate on testing efforts. Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, milestones, and upcoming releases. Champion the product and advocate for its value proposition. Analyze system usage data, financials, licensing costs, and benefits to provide insights to craft decisions and demonstrate success. Engage Node4's Sales & Marketing community to ensure the systems embrace the latest best practices and governance. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of experience in managing CRM platforms, preferably in a sales & marketing context. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a methodical approach to product development and documentation. The confidence to delve into business requirements and make recommendations to senior stakeholders and Directors.
