HAYS is currently recruiting an ERP Systems Manager

to support our fast-growing manufacturing sector client.

Your new company Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer and supplier of products within the manufacturing industry. Due to the company's success, they are expanding their Technology capability and are looking to recruit an ERP Systems Manager to develop, support and improve their core systems.

Your new role You will be responsible for the management of the company's core ERP system and associated infrastructure. Working with a small team of developers, the ERP Systems Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing a digital strategy, fostering innovation, and aligning with the company’s long-term objectives. Leadership:

Collaborate with the existing team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Project Oversight:

Lead and manage various IT projects from planning and implementation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Liaison with External Partners:

Act as the primary contact for external agencies, consultants, and developers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to support the company’s IT objectives. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improving IT systems, including the ERP, e-commerce platform, and custom applications. Stay updated with relevant technology trends and recommend their adoption when beneficial.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience managing and optimising ERP systems, with strong knowledge of ERP processes and modules. Strong management skills with experience leading IT projects from inception to completion. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on developing innovative and effective solutions. Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure (Server maintenance, Networking, Setup, Troubleshooting). Experience in the manufacturing sector would be ideal.
