1 Systems Manager

Location: Runcorn Hours: 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday from 9am-5:15pm, flexibility required to address Depot need Salary: Competitive salary and bonus structure Role Overview

As Systems Manager, you will oversee the depot’s automated systems, ensuring optimal performance in line with Knapp guidelines. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop your own maintenance department, driving plans and initiatives to implement innovative electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system changes. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage departmental budget/costs. Oversee and maintain depot IT systems, automated picking systems, and other equipment, ensuring high performance and prompt resolution of breakdowns. Manage and develop staff, ensuring training, absence management, and performance align with KPIs. Plan and manage resources to achieve service levels and system targets within budget, while driving continuous improvements and compliance with GDP and ISO standards. Qualifications

Proven experience working with automated systems. Proven management experience within a technical maintenance department. Experience with contract management and maintenance reporting/scheduling. Evident awareness of MHRA/GDP/ISO procedures. Working knowledge and experience of compliance and regulatory audits. Benefits
