Talk to us about how we can best support you! As a Reporting Manager your role is to:

Develop, maintain & run the Group Commercial planning systems: facilitating the delivery of the OEB Offer change Program, through informed decision making and strong stakeholder collaboration. What's the job?:

Designing and implementing the IT systems architecture that meets the Group Commercial Planning requirements, working closely with stakeholders to deliver the right solution, and understanding the business implications of technical decisions. Developing the systems with a focus on user experience, ensuring the end product is not only functional but also user-friendly, to maximise user adoption and satisfaction. Maintaining the system solution ongoing, and managing its evolution in line with Business changing needs. Supporting user training & adoption of the system, by becoming the first point of contact within O&S on the Group Commercial planning systems solution. Delivering reporting for the O&S Board and OEB Offer Change program Governance forums, to facilitate informed decision making. What you'll bring:

Experience in developing & implementing systems solutions efficiently and with minimal disruption. Hands-on curiosity in new technologies / programming languages, combined with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and continuous attention to detail. Commercial awareness gained by working in, or directly with Buying/Trading teams. Ability to communicate & collaborate effectively with all types of stakeholders, inc. translating technical language into business language and vice versa, to ensure alignment and buy in. Strong planning / project management & multi-tasking skills. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and C#. Advanced MS Office / MS Project. Core Values:
