In this role you will be responsible for the commissioning and support of cognitive computing systems and equipment. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide exceptional on-site and remote support to clients based nationally and internationally in line with the company standards and expectations. This role is site-based in Leicester and will require attending client visits nationally and internationally.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual with experience in technical support and/or commissioning position with a strong understanding of software and hardware set-up as well as basic electrical skills. The right candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder skills and be comfortable in client-facing environments. The right person for this role will also be willing to travel nationally and internationally to provide on-site support.
