JOB TITLE:Software Tester - Qualified LOCATION:Leeds, UK SALARY:Competitive PACKAGE:+ Benefits We are currently looking to recruit a Software Tester to join our team in the Leeds office. We are looking for forward thinking testers who want to expand their skillset by working with great developers on new and innovative technologies. We’re interested in talented people who love delivering quality products. As part of a high performing Scrum or Kanban team within an established Agile house, you will be working closely with your colleagues in a self-organising, collaborative environment. We are looking for candidates who have an interest in automated testing who will participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand ups, backlog refinement sessions, spring planning meetings and product demonstrations.) You will need to be analytical and methodical, with a logical approach to software testing. You will be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of available testing types, methods and styles. What skills would our ideal colleague have? •SQL Server experience and the ability to construct basic database queries •Experience with C# – or the desire to learn •ISEB Certified •Automated testing experience – we use Telerik Test Studio but any other experience is fine •Knowledge of Agile methodologies, mainly Scrum and Kanban •Experience with testing web applications •Ability to write and perform demonstrations of the product to the Product Owner •Ability to think out of the box to find and log bugs and defects Want to join a great team of people working within an agile.
