We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable T Level Accounting Lecturer to join a thriving college in Leeds. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering the new T Level Accounting qualifications, ensuring students gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the industry.
Requirements Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field (Degree or equivalent). Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one. Proven experience in teaching Accounting at post-16 or higher levels. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for T Level Accounting students. Develop engaging lesson plans and resources aligned with the curriculum. Provide constructive feedback to students, supporting their academic and professional growth. Assess coursework and exams in line with college standards. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and maintain high achievement rates. What We Offer:
