Job Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage talent pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and objectives.
Conduct job interviews and organise assessment centres as required.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all legal and organisational policies related to recruitment.
Participate in relevant HR projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful TA Partner should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.

A competitive yearly salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 GBP, commensurate with experience.
