to join our TA Operations team, supporting the Global TA Experience Lead in ensuring that our recruitment technology ecosystem is user-friendly, efficient, and continuously evolving to meet business needs. Reporting to the Global Head of TA Operations you will play a key role in gathering end-user feedback, troubleshooting issues, and driving improvements, ensuring that TA systems are optimised for a seamless hiring experience. You’ll have the autonomy to shape this role and make a tangible impact while growing your expertise in stakeholder engagement, talent tools, and strategic delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, lead the adoption of innovative technologies, and use data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI. You will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and be able to conduct initial root cause analysis of system issues, identify whether they are process-related, user-driven, or technical, and ensure that problems are effectively escalated and resolved. Experience with SuccessFactors RCM and Eightfold.Ai is a plus, as these platforms are central to our hiring operations. What you will do: User-Centered Design: Advocate for Candidates, Recruiter, and Hiring Manager experience, ensuring their needs are reflected in system configuration and enhancements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital Solutions, IT, and 3rd party vendors to evaluate, implement, and continuously optimize recruitment technologies and platforms, ensuring they align with business objectives. System Expertise: Lead system testing, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality meets business needs, driving seamless talent acquisition operations. Training and Change Management: Support the rollout of new systems, features, and enhancements ensuring users fully understand the benefits and functionality to drive adoption. Continuous Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, automation gaps, and pain points, recommending improvements that enhance end-user experience. Partner with the Global TA Experience Lead and Operations Leads to collect, analyse, and prioritise user feedback related to TA technology. Compliance and Governance: Ensure all talent acquisition processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to track system performance, process improvements, and ROI, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. The skills you bring: Proven experience of delivering TA technology solutions, including system implementation, support, and optimisation, with a strong background in TA Tech enablement. Deep knowledge of recruiting in large scale enterprise organisations either in Operations, Technology, or TA delivery capacity. Proficiency in business analysis tools, data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Figma), and hands-on experience in recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM) including implementation, testing, and optimization; familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data security. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Senior Leadership. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system or process challenges efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely. Why join Ericsson? At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
