Leave customers with the feeling they received the best service. Develop in-depth knowledge of the TAG Heuer watch collections and conveying this with pride and enthusiasm consistently. Attract new customers by responding to inbound lead enquiries (made online, on the phone or walk-ins) to qualify the TAG Heuer watch needs of prospective customers. Strive to achieve sales targets in line with store figures, being ever mindful of personal targets. Communicate to a high standard with colleagues and share any insights or feedback from the sales process. Maintaining excellent presentation of our new TAG Heuer boutique. Follow up with customers after their purchase for after-care matters. Ensure personal responsibility for watch product handling and counts. Attributes and Experience
A drive and passion to develop in-depth knowledge and secure sales of luxury TAG Heuer timepieces. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing an excellent level of customer service. Luxury retail sales experience (does not need to be watches specific). An ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and the wider Laings team. Commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards and a genuine interest in their needs. Able to work both as part of a team and by using your own initiative.
